I think the eyes are the hardest, and as Don says he starts over if he doesn't like the eyes. It is hard to look at my drawing as a viewer, kinda like looking at yourself on video! Which is different. I still have a long way to go, but I do see that I am improving and learning alot. thx Jeremy

Who did these little thumbnails on the right side??did you?????.............wowowow..they look great and awesome ......so solid and confident line....use that level in your drawings....

My critique; The eye should be taller and maybe a bit thinner, and the mouth is a bit too big.

Lavalle....

good going....i can give you one advice if you dont mind....find a mirror and study your own eyes.....there is nothing like to self study...you will find lots of elements in the eyes when you draw your own eyes(like pupil in the cornea,eyelid)apply a little highlight in the black spot...then, you will find your eyes are alive....learn this and then apply it again in your drawings........
you will find a good change....

i put in a dvd i just bought, and the first frame i froze then drew what i saw

the movie is a denmark created cartoon called, "Hugo - The Movie Star"
