Lavalle Lee's Drawings and Cartoons

I saw that everyone else was making a topic and continuously adding to it, so this will be mine! I will start with a few of my cartoons ive made in flash over the years. There are more, but these few I think are my best. If you want to see all my cartoons head over to www.flashcartoons.org

Please note, that all of these cartoons were made straight ahead, no xsheets/dopesheets. I did however do storyboards for most, or written scripts.

You got a long way to go with the character animation itself - but that might be just icing on the cake when you get there.
Your cinematic story telling skills are OK to good.
A lot of jokes miss (for me) as being just derivative or juvinile.
When the jokes are good I laugh out loud. Your timing overall seems quite good.

I was most entertained by
Dr. Dimitri - Episode 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1z_iTc60zI
and
Mountain Top http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9TBUaAX330

I just had to go back a second and third time to see all the gags in the scene where the good doctor says "That's weird" The timing of that scene was perfect!

I surely hope you are getting the chance to show these to "live" audiences just so you get a clear feel from their reactions of what really works.

"Getting the Feeling" dvd came today in the mail so I tried my hand at Cynthia Brisby. First attempt i was not drawing on a flat surface, 2nd attempt I was.

I know i got lost in alot of parts, like hands, body, nose others im probably not aware of. I am going to keep trying!!! Any suggestions?
