    Dang it! I was hoping something good was in the works. Sorry that your name has been used for their gain.

    I was kind of hoping that was not the case. Hopefully it will fizzle out quietly and never be heard from again

    Recently, I was commissioned by a friend to participate in the making of a festival film for Saudi Arabia called The Gift of the Hoopoe. At the time, I was only asked to produce storyboards but as the work progressed, I was later asked to direct the 30 minute piece. Knowing how things can turn out if one is not cautious, I asked this friend that my name not be credited as the Director or Producer. Furthermore, there were many Directors' voices rising up out of Saudi Arabia so that I had virtually no control over the content as well as the art of the film. Much to my surprise, the film has been completed and I have been given artistic credit as its Director. Defineatly, I can state both Gary Goldman and myself were not the parents of this film, neither Directing or Producing.
    I'm very sorry to hear this as well. What is impressive is how hard you work and how you are able to finish so many projects. I'm sorry your and Gary's generosity was abused.

    Oh boy.... well you can't control what they print on their film but Don maybe you or Gary can contact imdb and at least have them remove your names from the director of the film.

    Huh. =/ Now that's interesting.

    When I first saw the thread I thought it was going to be the Dragon's Lair movie I've heard about for awhile; is that still coming along, if it all?

    Tsss? How can people act like that?
    I mean they ask for help, and betray you in return? Well, I'm sorry for you too
