Disney is re-releasing Pete's Dragon on DVD with bonus features on Aug 18th. I grew up on this film. As many of you know Don was the animation director on this film so its very unfortunate that he is not on the extras. It wasn't an easy film to make:

I am glad i waited on getting Pete's Dragon (Disney Gold Classic Collection). So this new release has more and better features?
