Is that an orginal concept? (Original as in you created it without referencing a similar animation)

I really get a sense that the mouse is perilously perched.

    I do have a suggestion.
It seems to me that when everything is moving its hard for the eye to find its mark. For this reason I would suggest trying to keep the mouse still (more than he currently is). An added benefit to this would be to keep the different movements (pole, wings and mouse) from moving in the same rhythm with one another.

There are some aspects I'm not aware of here.
If the pole is long rod then it drives the motion of the wings and the mouse.
If its a makeshift plane then the wings with drive the movement of the pole then the mouse.

    Hope that makes sense.

I apologize for not knowing what the object is that the mouse is riding. I should know... I'm missed a lot of your posting... so I'll check your other artwork to find out.

I'm enjoying seeing your progress thus far!
    Hey Rodney,

Glad to see that you are posting again.....thanks again for your nice comments...and yes, it is my original animation(not seeing any reference) it is done from my head...honestly speaking,i added lots of different element after seeing the result of my first animation.....i am doing a bird flying assignment(http://www.donbluthanimation.com/vid...?showvideo=263) what Don gave me after finish my CGP animation(Did u see that??http://www.donbluthanimation.com/vid...?showvideo=259) when, i learn t basic bird flight,i thought..why don't i try assemble with some materials ....i just want to see that how i go far adding lots of stuff using secondary animation and follow through, dragging..overlapping...etc....but,,i really enjoined while doing this..may be ..i will do my next attempt...with more good idea....i think,,,lots of things came up while we playing with the animation....this is the result of playing with animation........

    Regards,
    Arif

After seeing the new tips ..i have drawn some mice with blue pencil then black...it is so difficult to create completely new look for my mice where as Disney and Don bluth created hundreds of Mouse characters for their films...the mice what i have been drawing are complete mine.....but, i think..this look created already.....

opps..i have found a big mistake in this drawing....where is he sitting??...didnot see it before...his placement is not right...i was so keen about his feelings..but...

It's all right. He's riding side saddle.

The blue pencil is helping your drawings. I'm looking at trying that as well. I like the emotion on your first mouse. You can sense his sad feelings. The downward ears, holding his feet, and the low eyelids. The cap you put on him as he's riding the pencil is a nice touch. Keep drawing.

The one with the mouse riding the pencil is one of your stronger drawings. Looks like all the practice is starting to pay off. I know construction can be hard but you can be happy with your improvements!

Thanks Jeremy......i think, this is a static drawing..tried to capture a felling of an orphan urban who has only a little mouse....didno`t get it...when i draw with blue pencil..the drawing was so emotional...but when,i touched up for final line...i have lost some felling i think...anybody has this problem??.....
