AFAIK this manual is not available.

    Also AFAIK...
The content was a mix of previously published work along with notes from Eric Larsen, much of which you likely have access to already. This manual was a collection of these various pages copied and stapled together and not a printed manual. It was to be made available to folks the online Workshops and a few may have been pieced together and distributed. Those that attended the Masterclasses were given copies of the pages.

You could contact Dave and he'll give you the full scoop.
He's the one that would most likely be the one to collect and collate the pages.

The most unique aspect to these would be Don's personal notes and underlinings of specific words/phrases for emphasis.

    Hi, Rodney,

Thanks so much for explaining about the content of these notes. Would be interesting to see Don's personal hand-written annotations.

Don shared with us(Part of it) and was reading from Erik lerson`s note during some seminars and online workshop. I can still remember, he was telling and teaching us from those notes in some seminars.
