    Summer Movies/Blockbusters

    Summer Movies/Blockbusters

    A small list;

    Wolverine Origins (In theaters now)
    Star Trek (May 8)
    Angels & Demons (May 15)
    Terminator Salvation (May 21)
    Up (May 29)
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (June 24)
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (July 15)
G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (August 7)

On saturday i saw Wolverine Origins, and i must say it wasn't bad at all. Wolverine is my favorite character out of the Xmen. Even though they changed the story a bit from the comic, i still enjoyed it. I found it funny that Wolverine/Logan said 'coo-coo-ca-choo' at one point in the movie.

Thats from a Beatles song, 'I am the Walrus'.

So which movies are you going to see?

I need to see Wolverine still *pout* The fact he says coo-coo-ca-choo somehow makes me want to see it even more

I'll probably see the Harry Potter movie as well as I dunno. I'm not a huge fan but at the same time I enjoy them. Maybe it's the magic.

I *still* haven't seen Slumdog Millionaire.

I agree with Hana completely! xD

Oh and Transformers : Revenge of the Fallen too. I had a blast watching the first one, and I'm a fan of Michael Bay ..so yeah.

Wolverine was awesome! I loved it, but I'm a fan of that character anyways and the movie did not disappoint. I would like to see Transformers and I been wanting to see Star Trek badly, I've heard it's really good. I also will go see UP and Terminator, I hope they are as good as they look. One on you didn't list was Ice Age 3! I would like to see it, the trailers look funny so far. I don't know about the others, I'll see about them.

I actually was really happy about all the hype, but maybe that's because I'm a fan of Danny Boyle. And he FINALLY got the recognition he deserved :3

Here's my short list of movies to watch this summer:

    • Up
    • Angels & Demons
    • Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

And maybe Terminator Salvation. I didn't really think the first Transformers movie was all that great, so I'll be skipping the sequel. Sequels don't typically do better than the first film anyway.

What I really looking forward to is Where the Wild Things Are in October. The trailer for that looks fantastic!
