Miyazaki isn't directing this picture but he has a part in the production. Looks like he's trying to encourage younger Japanese talent by giving Hiromasa Yonebayashi, one his key animators, a shot at directing.

The title translate roughly to 'The Borrower Arrietty' and it's based off the book, 'The Borrowers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Borrowers).'
An interesting side note is all of Miyasaki's Japanese film titles have 'no' which means 'of' in Japanese.
My Neighbor Totoro - Tonari no Totoro
Castle in the sky - Tenku no shiro raputa
Spirited Away - Sen to Chihiro no kamikakushi
What about the ~Ponyo~ ?? has it released yet from Disney with English version??
Yep.
