On Dons Newest tip movie "fievel: The March" he mentioned a metronome any advice about this would be helpfull and how you would use it.

you should order Don's first DVD (Nuts and Bolts), he explains the metronome, basically every tick is the contact point

a metronome is a helpful music tool that plays out a steady rhythm, mine is the sort that you have to wind up now and then and it "clicks" at a steady interval, depending on how fast you want it.

it's usually very useful when practicing music because it's writen for a certain speed/rhythm. In a similar case to "The March", I'm in marching band, so if I wanted to practice my marching at home, I could use my metronome to stay in beat to my music and march steps
